About David Seligman
Coloradans deserve the opportunity for their families and communities to thrive. And that is what I have spent my career fighting for.
It's not hard to see that there are two sets of rules in this country, one for the rich and well-connected and one for the rest of us. That two-tiered legal system has led us to this crisis point—a crisis of corruption and corporate abuse. There’s a demagogue in the White House trampling our freedoms, even kidnapping people off the street. At the same time, he is turning over our future to the same oligarchs who are stealing the American Dream from us.
To save our country, we must take on this rigged legal system and make the law work for ordinary people by enforcing it with courage and compassion. Building a better future means using the law not just to take on Donald Trump, but to take on the corruption that makes him and his cronies rich. It means prosecuting ICE agents and others participating in his cruelty when they violate the civil and constitutional rights of Coloradans.
And it means fighting back against corporate abuse to achieve a world where everyone who lives in Colorado can afford to thrive here.
I’ve done that my whole career. And as your Attorney General, I’ll be bold, scrappy, and utterly fearless in using the office to make the law work for you—to fight for the law not just as it is but as it should be.
Our campaign has captured the imaginations of thousands of Coloradans and for one very good reason: I will fearlessly fight for what's possible - not what's simply politically permissible. Coloradans deserve a fearless and creative lawyer who won't just fight for the law as it is - but as it should be. A lawyer who will be relentless in their pursuit of justice.
Platform & Priorities
Prosecuting ICE officers and corrupt federal officials. Going after AI companies. Fighting for a moratorium on AI data centers. Holding corporate polluters accountable. Pursuing a ban on private equity ownership of basic necessities.
About the Attorney General Position
An attorney general is the chief legal officer for a state or the nation, responsible for enforcing the law, representing the government in legal matters, and protecting the public interest—such as defending consumers, upholding civil rights, and prosecuting or overseeing major legal cases.
